*HOW CAN I BE NOTIFIED WHEN PRODUCTS ARE RESTOCKED?*
(Be in the know!) You can subscribe to our Newsletter at the bottom of our website. This will keep you up to date on Product Stock, New Product Releases, Important Updates, etc.
*CAN I "PRE-ORDER" A PRODUCT THAT IS OUT OF STOCK?*
Unfortunately we cannot accept "Pre-Orders" or for customers to be put on a "Waiting List" for out of stock products.
*CAN I MODIFY A PRODUCT TO FIT A VEHICLE OR MODEL IT IS NOT INTENDED FOR?*
No, we do not offer products with a "universal" fitment and we highly discourage modifying any aerofabb product to do so. Vehicle fitment is listed on the product page and will ONLY fit said vehicles listed.
*HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY PRODUCT?*
To view live shipping rates whether International or Domestic, simply add the item(s) to your cart and enter your address/personal information to view real time Live Rates at checkout. If you happen to receive an error, please contact us here.
*WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?*
Each product page has up to date lead times displayed in Bold Red Text.
*WHAT IS A LEAD TIME?*
The time is takes to get a product ready BEFORE shipping. aerofabb products are in very high demand and we fulfill hundreds on a weekly basis. This lead time allows us to work down the list of orders from oldest to newest.
*WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?*
An order confirmation will be sent to the Phone Number and/or Email Address used during checkout. If you did not receive one, there is a good chance the Phone Number and/or Email provided are invalid or misspelled.
*WHY DON'T I HAVE TRACKING INFO YET?*
Once the shipping label is created, a shipping confirmation will be sent to the Phone Number and/or Email Address used during checkout. This will include your tracking number. If you did not receive one, there is a good chance the Phone Number and/or Email provided are invalid or misspelled.
